BOSS LADY SERIES, Episode 1
Well many times it's easy to want to motivate people so much so that you conceal the "truth" and display only the positives.
So this "naive" Individual who solely depends on your teachings bumps into the harsh "truth" about their proposed venture.
Three things are bound to happen, one of which will be that they come out better with lessons learned,
the second will be that they come out unscathed with neither positive nor negative lessons,
the third will be that they come out BURNT and with a lot of bitterness in tow.
Either ways none of these reactions are predictable in any Individual but it is better to teach the TRUTH and allow people to deal with it their way!
I'm going to tell you this "Truth", trusting you to handle it with Good Grace!
WHAT NO ONE TOLD YOU ABOUT ENTREPRENEURSHIP
1. Becoming an Entrepreneur doesn't mean instant success or turn around in your fortunes.
2. Just because your friends want to show support of your venture, they may never tell you their real opinions of your ideas.
So as an ENTREPRENEUR never depend on positive feedbacks alone, also learn to embrace criticisms
3. No employee will take care of your company as much as you do, that is not too say you should hold on to the reins too tightly. Just don't get careless.
4. Be careful with borrowing to fund your business until you are SO SURE your profit margin can accommodate " pay back" without hassles.
5. You will make very tough decision in your business' lifetime, for instance it may require you fire your best friend who is not towing Organizational goals
6. Be ready to loose sleep. Work while your competitors are sleeping.
7. There will always be HATERS, it's best you IGNORE them and PRESS ON
8. At some point people will feel you have LOST YOUR MIND, just don't let it get to you.
Your assimilation is always my concern so I'm not going to exhaust every thing here.
To be continued......
