FRAGILE GIANTS

HOW TO GET YOUR RÉSUMÉ NOTICED BY EMPLOYERS

Your Resume is your most powerful tool in telling the story of your professional history to potential employers.

A Resume is also popularly referred to as a curriculum vitae(CV).

Your Resume is usually your first attempt to "blow" the mind of an interview in 5minutes or less, this therefore means that it has to "hit the mark" as precisely as possible, in the mind of the interviewer.

The first step in building an impressive Resume is to know what type of Resume applies perfectly to the Job opening that you seek and tailor your Resume accordingly.

There are several basic types of resumes you can use to apply for job openings, each resume type is used for different purposes. Therefore, when deciding which type of resume to use, you have to think about your current professional circumstance and the job you are applying for.

1. A CHRONOLOGICAL RESUME
A chronological resume starts by listing your work history, with the most recent position listed first.

Employers typically prefer this type of resume because it's easy to see what jobs you have held and when you have worked at them. This is the most common resume type.

This type of resume works well for job seekers with a strong, solid work history. If you are starting your career, or if you are changing career fields, you might consider a different resume type.

2. A FUNCTIONAL RESUME
A functional resume focuses on your skills and experience, rather than on your chronological work history.

Instead of having a “work history” section at the top of your resume, you might have a “professional experience” or “accomplishments” section that lists various skills you have developed over the years.

A functional resume also sometimes includes a resume summary or headline at the top, which details a person’s skills and achievements.

A functional resume might not include one’s employment history at all or might have a concise list of work history at the bottom of the resume.

Functional resumes are used most often by people who are changing careers or who have gaps in their employment history. It is also useful for people who are new to the workforce, have limited work experience, or who have a gap in their employment.

A functional Resume highlights skills rather than work history.

3. COMBINATION RESUME
A combination resume is a mix between a chronological resume and a functional resume.

At the top of the resume is a list of one’s skills and qualifications. Below this is one’s chronological work history. However, the work history is not the focus of the resume and typically does not take up much space on the resume.

With this type of resume, you can highlight the skills you have that are relevant to the job you are applying for, as well as provide your chronological work history. After all, most employers want to see your chronological work history, even if that history is not very extensive.

This kind of resume helps you highlight what makes you the best fit for the job, while still giving the employer all the information he or she wants.

4. INFOGRAPHIC RESUME
Infographic resumes include graphic design elements in addition to or instead of text.

A traditional resume uses text to list a candidate's work experience, education, and skills, while an infographic resume uses layout, color, design, formatting, icons, and font styling to organize content.

5. RESUME WITH PROFILE
A resume with a profile section includes a concise summary of an applicant’s skills, experiences, and goals as they relate to a specific job.

This summary (usually not more than a couple of sentences long) helps the candidate “sell” his or herself to the company to which he or she is applying.

Adding a profile is helpful for almost any applicant. If you have extensive experience, a profile can concisely explain that experience to the hiring manager right away. If you have limited work experience, a profile can help you highlight the skills that you do have.

6. TARGETED RESUME
A targeted resume is a resume that is customized to specifically highlight the experience and skills you have that are relevant to the job you are applying for.

It takes more work to write a targeted resume than to click to apply with your existing resume. However, it's well worth the effort, especially when applying for jobs that are a perfect match for your qualifications and experience.

7. NONTRADITIONAL RESUME
A nontraditional resume is a unique version of your resume that may include photos, graphics, images, graphs and other visuals.

It might be an online resume, or a physical resume with infographics, as mentioned above. It could also be a video or a resume on a social networking website.

Nontraditional resumes are ideal for people in creative fields, who want to demonstrate their ability to create visually engaging designs or to create web pages. It can be a good way for a job candidate to stand out from the crowd in professions like design, web design, journalism, and more.

8. MIMI RESUME
A mini resume contains a brief summary of your career highlights and qualifications. It only contains the information that relates to the position you are applying for or the industry you would like to work in.

In most cases, your traditional resume will be appropriate.

A mini resume, however, can be useful at job fairs or career networking events when you're meeting with many people and want to leave them with something more than just a business card.

You can also use a mini resume when you're networking and would like your contact to pass on your information to a hiring manager or recruiter.

Knowing what type of Resume is only the first giant step in walking the whole distance of building a PROFESSIONAL RÈSUMÈ or Curriculum Vitae(CV)!

Now that you know what TYPES OF RÈSUMÈ'S there are, I'll like you to guard this information closely in your memory as we continue the RÈSUMÈ series tomorrow with EASY STEPS TO BUILDING YOUR RESUME OR CV.

Be sure I won't rest till you KNOW all that there is to succeed.

Love,
Your Fragile Giants!

On a scale of 1-100, 60%  of  Nigerian Youths have a predominant thought, JOB HUNTING!

A few weeks ago I was privileged to have worked with a certain body that organized a "surprise" PERFORMANCE EXAMINATION for their already existing employees and trust me, you don't want to know the chaos that followed that surprise.

I'm particularly moved to write this piece today as I wake up with the resonance in my head that not everyone will be an Entrepreneur or Business owner, some people will definitely be the part of the workforce!

This ugly truth soaks further into my line of thoughts as i uncomfortably recount watching youths especially, as well as people of other age brackets scamper from pillar to post in search of Jobs.

A negligible few get the jobs, a few seek the "shelter of Entrepreneurship" as a means to an end, while the greater percentage sulk and whine about the "unavailability" of jobs.

Even as i graciously hand out a healthy dose of my unreserved sympathy, I am nonetheless willing to admit the glaring truth that some people search the ends of the earth for jobs while some others have jobs delivered to their bedrooms.

Now before you go hysterical on me, I'll like you to know there is a big difference between searching for a job and BEING EMPLOYABLE!

In Africa, particular Nigeria, our voices are the loudest as we pitch the familiar song of "job unavailability" but that my friends, is hardly the entire truth.

The absolute truth is, it's not the absence of jobs but the presence of Employable people.

Yes i'm a Freelance Writer amongst several other skills; plus a regular 9-5 job I hold, 5 days every week.
I have also been working on and off since my Undergraduate days until now!

The idea is not to blow my own trumpet with that tidbit of personal information, but here is where i was headed  with that; and NOT TO SOUND IMMODEST, I for one have never applied for a job consciously!

All of the jobs I have served on either came from recommendations or were the results of my personal skills.

And No, this isn't a function of Luck or wishful thinking!

The Big Question is, Why do some people have it easy and some others don't?
What is the missing link??

Most jobseekers wish they could unlock the "secret formula" to winning over employers.
They often wonder, what the "magic mix" of skills and values are that make employers want to hire them on the spot?

Here is what it is,
Every employer is looking for a unique set of skills from jobseekers for each job opening, however certain skills and values are nearly universally sought by hiring managers.

While technical skills will always be important, soft skills have become the most sought after skills in employment today.

The best news is that once you understand the skills and characteristics that most employers seek, you can tailor your job-search to showcase how well your background aligns with common employer requirements.

That said It's my pleasure to bring you the summary of my thoughts with;

TOP 10 EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS
1.Communication skills — Listening, speaking and writing. Employers want people who can accurately interpret what others are saying and organize and express their thoughts clearly.

2.Teamwork — In today’s work environment, many jobs involve working in one or more groups. Employers want someone who can bring out the best in others.

3.Analytical and problem-solving skills — Employers want people who can use creativity, reasoning and past experiences to identify and solve problems effectively.

4. Personal management skills — The ability to plan and manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.

5.Interpersonal effectiveness — Employers usually note whether an employee can relate to co-workers and build relationships with others in the organization this also entails Multicultural Sensitivity/Awareness. What do i mean???

There is possibly no bigger issue in the workplace than diversity, and jobseekers must demonstrate a sensitivity and awareness to other people and cultures.

6.Computer/technical literacy — Although employers expect to provide training on job-specific software, they also expect employees to be proficient with basic computer skills.

7.Leadership/management skills — The ability to take charge and manage your co-workers, if required, is a welcome trait. Most employers look for signs of leadership qualities.

8.Learning skills — Jobs are constantly changing and evolving, and employers want people who can grow and learn as changes come.

9. Academic competence in reading and math — Although most jobs don’t require calculus, almost all jobs require the ability to read and comprehend  instructions and perform basic math.

10. Strong work values — Dependability, honesty, selfconfidence and a positive attitude are prized qualities in any profession. Employers look for personal integrity.

Employability skills and personal values are the critical tools and traits you need to succeed in the workplace, and they are all elements that you can learn, cultivate, develop, and maintain over your lifetime.

Once you have identified the sought-after skills and values and assessed the degree to which you possess them, begin to market them by building them into your resume and cover letter.

Oh No People, it's not my style to leave you you without a conclusive assistance, so tomorrow I'll be showing you HOW TO WRITE A PROFESSIONAL CV AND COVER LETTER.

Who says you cannot be Employable even at retirement? It's all about your STAYING POWER!

Until tomorrow when we wrap this session up, it's always with;

Lots of Love,
Your Fragile Giant!

This is one principle I have applied for as long as the zest for personal development has dawn on me, periodically of course, and it works!

I'm usually one person unable to live with crowded environments or circumstances for too long. As a matter of fact it's safe to say I'm a pro in pulling disappearing acts now and then!

And No, this isn't seclusion as defined by psychotherapists, this has got nothing to do with mental health!

Seclusion is a Noun derived from the verb "seclude"; which typically means to withdraw, to go off the radar for a while.

To hibernate, if I'm to borrow an IT jargon!

Seclusion as a principle serves different purposes to different people; chief of which is to sit back, especially to LEARN.

Someone might ask, "you mean I should actually take some time of just for the purpose of learning?".
That certainly is a luxury I cannot afford with bills to pay, activities to catch up with,  plus razzmatazz of society!

On that note I may be willing to escort your sentiments with my heartfelt sympathy, only I will not be available as you mourn your "burn out"!

Many of us operate like crazy phone users who allow their phones to get to 10% before they start looking for how to charge.

An upgrade in this craze is not even owning a charger, thus waiting for a friend who isn't using theirs so we can now borrow!

The question will be,
What if you are unable to find a free charger?
What if there's is no hope for power supply in sight anytime soon?

Your Guess is as good as mine!

This illustration is a picture of what many of our lives look like from year to year!

Little wonder, year after year we sit at the same level, making no progress!

Little wonder you are due for a promotion but your name keeps missing on the list.

I'm yet to find what company promotes a staff just because you are a staff; no extra skills to offer, no chance that you are exploring new horizons in the interest of organizational goals!

We dare to hypocritically hinge our blames on "not having enough time", I'm yet to see what man has more than 24hrs a day and 365days in a years as do all other humans.

We support our blatant deception as we struggle to defend our lack of productivity by claiming not to have time to learn new methodologies, but I bring you good news;

THAT TIME YOU DON'T HAVE WILL IN TIME PHASE YOU OFF THE SCENE TO ACCOMMODATE MORE NEW AGE SOLUTIONS AND METHODOLOGIES!

In the part of Africa where I come from we are known to  hold a" more than average"  record in religious practices, consequently we leave most things to "divine intervention" but I've got yet another goodnews;

NOT ALL THINGS ANSWER TO PRAYERS, some require your personal commitment and effort!

In case you are still lost on my drift, I have been talking about a periodic retreat from scenes so as to acquire certain trainings or upgrade your skill.

As a matter of fact, it is IRRESPONSIBILITY not to upgrade your skills in the area of your interest, all it will take is that you discipline yourself just a little.

You cannot compare a man who finds time to sit in solitude to a man who keeps running like a treadmill, either to give the impression of productivity or to keep up with the Jonses.
How shallow!

I personally don't care much about being in the eye of the public as I care about spending time behind the scene for the purpose of expanding my mind.

I'm crazily in love with Back-end activities because that's where PRODUCTIONS ARE BREWED!

If your excuse is resource to undergo the much needed trainings, then you need to look around you Sweetheart, the new age has definitely made provisions for that.

All most all you need is on the internet and most are free of charge, so why are you not using it??

Once in a while, dare to turn of the spot lights in your direction and seek knowledge.

The same spot light you seem in a beautiful  Romance with will go off on it's own the moment your performance becomes clumsy.

There are two classes of people in the world, those who create problems and those who solve them.

Never forget that trained people are "on the spot" solutions and Africa, Nigeria needs more than an average performance in that area to rise in competition with her other counterparts.

It's up to you to choose what class of people you belong to!

Remember! The principle of Seclusion is not ACCIDENTAL, it's INTENTIONAL!

As always it's with lots of love,
Your Fragile Giant!

Yesterday, we had talked extensively about who a father was, what roles he should perform etc.

Most importantly I remember saying that a father doesn't have to be biological, you can learn from other Father figures.

With Humility Ladies,
I bring you Lessons from my own Father!

My Daddy says,
5 Things I Have Learnt in the Last 50 Years

1. There's something greater than success
If success is the ultimate, then we're wrong. It's legacy.
There's something greater than success; it's the success of the people you've helped.

2. Life is very simple. Human beings make it complicated.
Think about this: There are just 10 fingers, 4 seasons, 10 numbers, 3rinity, 10 commandments, etc.
Every other thing is a combination.
Master the essentials, and you can build on the rest.

Things You Need to Live a Successful and less complicated life

a. Every body needs something to live for.
Something to do. If your own work is your purpose, you've found something better than someone who only works a job.
That's ministry. Your platform for impact.

b. Everybody needs someone to believe in.
For my Father he says, "I found my Lord and Saviour". Everybody needs faith.
Apart from the Almighty God, we also need human beings to believe in.
People need someone to inspire them to be better than themselves.
Everyone has the responsibility of becoming someone who inspires others!

c. Everybody needs someone to love, to cherish.
Start with your closest relationship: your spouse.
If you miss relationship, you miss life.

d. Everybody needs a sense of direction, purpose, expectation.
Hope is so important in living...
Hopelessness is one of the leading causes of suicide.

e. Everybody needs principles to live by.
That's why you get knowledge, education, develop yourself. But beyond knowledge, you need values, convictions.

3. All the blessings of life come through relationships and partnerships.
Prosperity, opportunities, success, etc, come as a result of relationships.
Apart from God, human beings are our greatest assets. Every success is tied to people.

Human beings are also the greatest liability.
It then follows that the subject of relationship requires discernment.
When God wants to bless you, He sends someone; when satan wants to destroy you, he sends someone...

Nurture it. Relationships need nurturing.
Any scar you have, people gave it to you.
Every joy you have is only possible with people.
Even if you don't have any other thing in life, never be poor in relationships.
Value relationships.

4. Maintain balance in your life, especially in following God.

Holy and Gracious. Merciful and Just. Grace and Truth. That's the nature of God.

So, while you pursue the highest ideals, be compassionate to people who are weak and falling.
If your Christianity has virtues and values, but lack compassion, you're pursing religious bigotry.

Get into the business of recovering
human resources.
Try your best to model a balanced Christianity.
While you have the best expectation of your fellow human beings (especially your spouse), make room for human frailty.

5. Nothing in nature lives for itself.
Everything created is created for something else. Eg. Vegetation was not created for itself, but for humans and animals.
The sun doesn't absorb its own light. In the same way, you are created, not for yourself, but for others.

Life isn't given to us for consumption, but for contribution.
This is the essence of life.

I'm created not for myself, but for God, and for others.
There are only two lives: an invested life and a wasted life.
Everything invested in you is for you to serve your generation. Only a portion is left for you.

If God gives you more than what you need, what's the reason for that?
They are given to solve problems for others. For rendering service.

Why is it important?
It's so that at the end, The One that created you will view you as an asset.

The Areas I Am Making Investments
1. personal growth and development

2. Loving my wife and raising my children well. Placing premium on their education and moral upbringing.

Lastly my daughter,
Success is growing disciples and raising leaders after your similitude or better.

You cannot describe a mission as "successful", if it lacks provision for continuity!

Genuine success is transformed lives. Change lives, transform lives!

That's it Ladies,
Straight from sitting at my father's feet!
There is nothing I can add to what has kept my father going for 50years.....

She who has ears, let her hear!

Love,
Your Fragile Giant!

Imagine a world without fathers.....

A father is that dominant male figure who teaches, corrects, protects, covers, loves, instructs, prays for, provides (by the way Providence is not just about material or physical things)

For those of us Ladies struggling with the load, void and vacuum created by Absentee fathers;
This piece is not in anyway to upset you but to encourage you!

Considering how nature makes girl children fond of their Daddies!

You wonder why she is dating older men, why she's comfortably hanging out with an obviously "no good" older man without a care in the world!

Why she would gladly live with being second place in his life, when she could have first place.

Why she doesn't mind the title, "second wife", "baby mama", "side chick", "side dish",

Just before you cast your stone on that woman, can you please stop to ask yourself what her childhood was like?

Can you please consider the things she missed and she still misses from her childhood?

Don't blame her people, she is trying to find " Daddy ".

The unconscious psychology is this, a certain father fails to play the role he was supposed to in the life of his little girl,

So these little girls became women and unconsciously began their search for "father figures", positive or negative!

When that woman was a child there were sparkles in her eyes,
I'm sure she had dreams to fly.

But years rolled by and life happened.

Life became a huge mirage from what she had hoped for.

What should have been her lullabies became the cruel voice of life echoing in her head that she had to grow up,
Funny enough life wasn't kind enough to show her how!

Don't be fooled, the make up on her face is not just a beauty routine, it's her mask against how ugly she truly feels inside.

If only she could eat some makeup too, to feel beautiful on the inside!

Her very wild sounding laughter and behavior is all her bid to drown out the frustrations in her head.

And she grows, has daughters.
Passes on the same thrash she has collected on her journey through life, being unable to give more because thrash is all she's got!

The circle is endless, Generation going moribund. Help far from life's shore!

Okay Cut! Cut!
Just Cut already, you are beginning to bore me!
Enough of your sad story little lady!

Dear girl child,
I know that your struggles are real, your emotions genuine and your reactions with the best intentions BUT you can't keep going on and on about your sad tale.

You sure sound like a broken cymbal, who ever wants a beautiful pain in the ass? (Excuse my pun if you can!)

You see Sweetie, that Daddy wasn't there doesn't mean there isn't a world full of good Daddies!

For the record, a father is not necessarily just the one who sires a child, a father is any male who cares enough to raise any child!

In reality no "one" father is a perfect combination of all the qualities father's should posses.

And by the standard of this truth, life allows you to have more than one father figure you can learn from, to make you have a balanced life.

Life did not give you a good start so???

That life that did not give you a good start is not an excuse.
That same life will be the first to jeer at you if you refuse to brace up, rise up and determine to put decorations on your background that you cannot change!

Enough of the blames,
That the world did not treat you well does not matter one bit!

What matters is, did you show the world how to do things better?
For yourself and especially the crusade of girl children behind you?

There is no other way to tell this hard truth, too bad I'm unable to apply "make up" on this truth.

I'm not saying it because I have conquered my own demons, like you I've got personal struggles everyday!

Reality check: DADDY IS NOT HERE, STOP WISHING!
BUT YOU CAN CHOOSE SEVERAL OTHER GOOD DADDIES TO LEARN FROM.....

Find your motivation in addition to your love for yourself!
Loving yourself first will ensure you master the art of loving others!

And automatically you will be on your way to become a BEAUTIFUL and ENDURING work of art.....

Regardless of your start, you were born for a purpose and your are not allowed to fail!

So brace up Sweetheart, You may be fragile but you are way tougher than you allow yourself take credit for!

Dear Fathers and fathers to be;
Just before you cast that stone, stop and think again.
Remember that you have roles to play in the life of the girl child.
I can't overemphasis to you how much your girl child yearns for your presence in every facet of her life!

Love the girl child, she deserves more!

NB:
forgive me if I sound "gender centric". I know male children have their own stories and are also affected by absentee fathers.
I just feel girl children find it more difficult to cope.

Dedicated to every little girl, lady or woman struggling with the ghost of a father who wasn't there!

Love,
Your Fragile giant....

Entrepreneurship has always been a "Rocky Terrain" as with any other laudable venture, but guess what?
People have built and are still building mechanisms to ADAPT to this terrain and SO CAN YOU!

The only thing stopping you is your unwillingness to "brace up" to the challenge, get all the KNOWLEDGE you require and MOVE!

Sweetie's, success is not an EVENT, success is the ENTIRE PROCESS.

This calls for a great level of CONSCIOUSNESS as you deal with each step of the way!

We are still discussing;

HOW TO MAKE YOUR BUSINESS THICK

We'll just continue from where we stopped, if you missed the previous episode, do well to read up.

And if you have been following, I hope the lessons have been helpful.

5. BUILD A STRONG VISUAL PRESENCE
The greatest weapon of any successful business is publicity.
For your ears only, this is the reason celebrities DO THEIR BEST to get into Scandals to enable them stay in the News.

For them however they can get people to hear about them, all is well that ends well!

For a Business person you need to BE SEEN and HEARD as much as possible!

START from employing the service of  a good graphics designer to create a WELL DESIGNED LOGO.
Make use of eye catching color schemes, a mixture of bright colors but not to busy.
A logo that captures what you do and a
CATCHING BRAND STATEMENT!
For instance;

We had ended the last session by saying, "Don't just build a Business, build a PROFESSIONAL STRUCTURE that will OUTLIVE YOU!"

Building your Business is INTENTIONAL, it doesn't happen by wishful thinking.

Your innovations go a long way in determining your business success or failure!

More than anything or anyone else you have a tremendous role to play in your BUSINESS DESTINY and your role majorly should be to LEARN as much as you can.
Even the Bible says through wisdom is an House built!

For you who has caught the ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT and is ready to BUILD A LASTING STRUCTURE, I'm going to share with you what I have personally observed and Learned from other SUCCESSFUL BRANDS in "consumable bits" that are easy to swallow.

So here we go!

HOW TO MAKE YOUR BRAND THICK!

1. KNOW YOUR AUDIENCE
Your business CANNOT apply to the whole world. There must be a group of people to whom your business will be considered "life saving".
Find out what that "segment" of society is.
In fact, transcend knowing your audience to UNDERSTANDING them on an emotional level.
For example,
my audience is women; and my depth of understanding my audience makes me recognize that women have lot's of challenges and I'm therefore using my business to PROMOTE, EDUCATE, ADVERTISE, CELEBRATE and ENTERTAIN women.

2. STAND FOR SOMETHING
The popular saying that if you don't stand for any thing, you'll fall for anything is so TRUE!
LET YOUR BRAND REPRESENT AN IDEA.
For example the brand ALVANAAH KREATIONZ represents the delivery of everything domestic you can think of on a CREATIVE level.

3. LET YOUR PASSION BE VISIBLE
Passionate brands show it by their level of COMMITMENT to the cause. Passion is evident when you go the extra mile to ensure CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
passionate brands are PROACTIVE to the point of obsession.

4. BE AUTHENTIC
Be original even if your idea is something that is already obtainable in the society. Think of your own ideas and actions you can take to achieve BETTER RESULTS.
Your sure to accomplish more than those who were in the same business before you!

THE ONLY SECRET TO SUCCESS IS WILLINGNESS TO GO THE EXTRA MILE!

There is so much more and i'm willing to offer that "extra"!
I'll just let you muse on this for a while and we will continue right where we stopped.
DON'T GO ANY WHERE.

If you think AVERAGE is OK, wait till you           cannot find words to explain to your
Kids why they didn't get the
                 welfare due to them,
much less LEGACIES they can EMULATE!

Hi ladies,
Let's continue where we left off.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BECOME AN ENTREPRENEUR!

Entrepreneurship is that zone where your passion swallows your fear.
Not that you don't get scared but it just means you seem more enabled to take RISK'S!

If you missed the previous episode please feel free to help yourself to the juicy detail.
We'll just keep moving.
I promise you won't have issues keeping up!

9. DO IT FOR FUN
That's why it's better to render service that ordinarily won't be a problem if someone engages you even at odd hours.
Don't forget to PLAY AS YOU GO!

10. WRITE YOUR OWN PROFILE AND BROADCAST IT
Quite scary a task someone will say!
But don't panic Sweetie the results are far more rewarding.

• First you have a blueprint of where you are headed.
• Secondly it makes you strive to become that "profile".
• Thirdly, your Linens are out in the public so you need to do your best to " keep it clean".
• people will certainly start checking up on you for one thing or other and trust me you won't want to disappoint.

The secret to get going, is to GET GOING; however you can!

By Walking, Cycling, Driving, Flying or
By Running,limping or even CRAWLING!

Just do whatever you can to leave the spot where you have been!

Elementary Science recognises MOVEMENT as part of the characteristics of LIVING THINGS so by natural deductions of this theory, if you are not moving then your most likely DEAD.

Be courageous and LIVE!

Trust me to know what you love. So in all my care I've packed you Chocolates and Milkshakes as part of your Lunch.
Here it is sweeties,

DO NOT JUST PAINT YOUR FACES, PAINT YOUR DREAMS TOO!
Bona petit lovelies....

Wakey, wakey.
Good morning Sweeties just before you step out into today's business remember, it's not enough to have DREAMS, pursue it like something is after you!
Out run your ideas and keep running without looking back!

Entrepreneurship has traditionally been defined as the process of LAUNCHING and RUNNING a new business.
Which USUALLY starts SMALL! (So don't be discouraged).

Now primarily my focus is women.
I'll like to share with you all the very saddening statistics that women own only 5% of BUSINESS START UP'S all over the world!
For me the question is whatever happened to the whooping 95%?

Your guess is as good as mine!

But we can't get discouraged, we can all work towards changing that report!
As a matter of fact I'm not entirely a bearer of bad news; Ladies, i'v got some amazing news.

The world recognises women as an IMPORTANT SOURCE OF ECONOMIC GROWTH. Yes you heard me!
