GRA-ART-TI-TUDE FINALE
Someone by now is probably wondering why i seem "Hell bent" on Continuing with the GRA-ART-TI-TUDE thing.
First will be because every beginning must have a good and well understood END,
Secondly, because GRATITUDE CHANGES EVERYTHING!
GRATITUDE turns the little that we have into a "more than enough".
Just on the side, before I continue from where I left off;
I do not consider myself a relationship Expert but I have it good authority that
GRATITUDE could improve your relationship with your spouse and reduces feelings of Resentment!
Especially in times of misunderstandings.
Try making a list of all the things you love about that person, it will help you see how amazing that person is inspite of their weaknesses.
So people RIGHT BACK WHERE WE LEFT OFF!
5. FORGIVENESS GAME
Choosing to forgive is a way to release distress and heal from the memory of incidence.
Forgiveness is most times quite difficult but very achievable
How does it work?

How does it work?
- Make a list of everyone who has you deeply
- Mentally Picture these people in your heart one after the other
- Recall the incidence
- Admit the pain they have caused you
- Try to make excuses for their excuses (Yeah it's hard but if you reach down your heart you will)
- Think of 2 good reasons to forgive them
- Let them go in your mind
Oh I won't fool you by having you believe this once does the magic.
You need to repeat the process for as long as it takes you to master and let go!
Forgiveness reduces the weight of emotional distresses. When you heart is less burdened you can always find things you are thankful for.
6. MUSIC MAGIC
Change your music play list to something that conveys gladness, Joy, Happiness etc; rather than music that depresses you.
7. GO TO MAMA
Yeah, mother Nature was designed to cater to the soul.
Take a stroll, as you go, observe Nature around you.
Birds,Trees,Animals etc; and I bet you, you will definitely find something to be thankful for.
If Nature seems far from reach for you, appreciate the work of Art in the Beautiful Architectural designs and Amazing Automobiles that race past you.
You could even Wish for whatever catches your fancy.
It Works!
Here is my personal experience.....
Some years ago I was so in love with an Automobile, Toyota Spider.
Oh how I loved that car!
I could even spot the car from a distance.
I so talked about it to the point where all my friends began to Love the Car.
Guess what?
A friend of Mine Finally bought that car, as I would later be told, in honour of my Love for the car.
Yes the Car wasn't Mine but because it belonged my close friend, I finally could see the Car close range and I was super excited!
So you see, Gratitude brings the things you are happy about closer to you!
8. Describe something that irritated you,upset or made you feel frustrated
- List 3 things that can make you see the brighter side of it.
For example, you missed a bus and you had to walk the distance because there was no other;
the brighter side is that you got some good exercise as you walked to your destination.
9. Set your focus on your blessings by making a list of your blessings, from recent to past.
10. A GRATITUDE JAR
This would be a container of your choice you will keep at home.
This container will hold little notes of everything that made you happy each day and drop them in the box, just before you go to bed!
Simple and Fun right?
Yeah that's how life should be!
If you ever forget anything, DON'T YOU FORGET, A GRATEFUL HEART IS A MAGNET FOR MIRACLES!
Trust me when I say that GRATITUDE is the healthiest of all human emotions!

Good one... Forgiveness is a beautiful word until one has something to truly forgive
